brings you the best of NamNam (same portion size, at a lower price) and some exclusive dishes not found at the Noodle Bars. The Bun Cha Ha Noi pictured here is one of those dishes. Made famous by Obama and Anthony Bourdain, Bun Cha is a humble Vietnamese dish consisting of thick rice vermicelli, herbs and vegetables, pork belly, meatballs and a dipping sauce. Here at NamNam Go!, the Bun Cha comes with a Mekong prawn roll, a generous serving of grilled pork belly that is smokey, tender and very tasty; meatballs that also have a char and a crust on them, imparting some of that smokiness to the dipping sauce that contains peanuts and pickled vegetables which give some crunch and acidity to every mouthful. And even though you get an umami hit in every bite, because no MSG is used in the cooking, you actually would not feel the irritation at the back of your throat after the meal. I do not know about you, but that is a major plus point!
If you are working around the area, this, and the rest of NamNam Go!'s offerings would make you very, very happy at lunch while saving you some dough at the same time.
