Heard that this is one of the best roast meats in Ubi so we decided to drop by to give it a try! Roast Pork has a crackling and crispy skin, fat to meat ratio was just right so itโs not very fatty and oily. Char siew was charred perfectly and has a mix of fatty and lean meat. The black sauce drenched over the rice and the meat, with some light sweetness! Indeed itโs a plate of shiok roast meats! โ
