In the context of the family-style all-day diner concept (I wrote about Eaglewings Loft on the website, link on bio etc), the dessert came across fairly Cara Delevingne meets Fish & Co, a simple yet classy and stupendously refreshing creation - just look at the list of elements - that could have easily slot into a posh fine dining meal. 4/5
