In addition of it being grilled, it's seasoned unapologetically with their 'Secret' Chilli powder (it's gotta be 'Secret' right??) 🌶
All I can say is that the Chinese really know how to season, prepare & execute their food well. 😋

ACAMASEXPLAINS💮: Well it ain't wrong calling it the Tomato as it packed quite a punch of Umami. The effects of grilling makes the 'skin' of the Brinjal/Eggplant a little Char, use a spoon to scrape the 'flesh' that have the texture near to a purée. 🖖🏻
