I loved my experience dining at Meadesmoore. Service and the overall ambience was amazing.
Meadesmoore’s menu boasts an impressive array of beef dishes, each crafted with meticulous attention to detail. The cuts we had were the Short-Rib, which was fatty and full of smoky flavour, as well as the Tri-Tip was tender, meaty and succulent.
For dessert, I had the Seasonal Eton Mess. For the month of august, the flavour was based on the Singaporean dessert Bobochacha. There were many elements of the dish, including the almost crumbs, taro base, coconut cream, meringue, and sweet potato bits that all complemented each other perfectly.
