The meal at Teppei comes with a main dish and for mine, I chose to have sashimi rice. Expect super fresh and thick sashimi cubes on a chewy sticky hill of Japanese pearl rice. The dish on the left has what I believe to be minced meat with rice crisps. They also give a spoon of umami on the side.
