I am a fan of the herbal rendition ๐, but if you are a fan of super peppery BKT, you will be pleased with the Teochew version! ๐ Go for their Prime Rib for a hearty chunky meal or go for their short ribs for the tender mouthfeel! ๐ Their lamb wasn't too gamey so you can give it a try too! ๐๐ป
