Super yummy spicy crusted pork at Soi 60 Thai Restaurant.

Tender, fall-off-the-bones beef ribs bathed in a glaze of soy sauce + molasses sugar + fish sauce that had been scented with cinnamon and star anise.

Like deconstructed green curry like that.

A dish that celebrates all five elements of the taste perception.

While the flavours of these fish cakes were spot on, the texture however was far from desirable.

Why find love in a hopeless place when love can be ginger-smeared, lemongrass-perfumed crispy chicken wings?
