They ran out of tuna so the Chef topped up with more salmon. First impression was: whoa they gave a lot of ginger. But towards the end of the meal, I realised I'm finishing all of the ginger oops.
The rice was especially sweet after tossing in vinegar. For someone who don't fancy having rice esp for dinner, I actually finished the rice. (Can you imagine, actually the ratio of sashimi cubes to rice is always 30:70.)
