Waffles with Durian gelato (SGD $10) - Unlike the usual waffles, their batter is made of egg white meringue, soy milk and a pinch of salt. Their meringue waffle is soft with a slight crispiness on the exterior. Durian gelato was good and smooth that complemented the waffles well, with almond slices & peanut brittle added to give a crunchy texture but toffee sauce can be a little bit more.
