“Not hidden but unknown cafe like a secret base”

全然隠れてないし、ドーンとあるのにあまり知られていない、どこか懐かしい秘密基地のようなカフェ。

わたしが生まれ育った街は埋立地で空き地がいっぱいあったので、毎日のように秘密基地で遊んでいました。

どうやら奥のコンテナはギャラリーになっているみたい。

カフェは屋内はカウンター席とソファー席が1つあるだけで、外のドラム缶などを使ったアウトドアな雰囲気の席の方が多いです。

カウンターには、優しすぎるお兄さんがいて、優しい優しい接客をしてくれます。

お目当てのロールケーキはこの日はありませんでしたが、代わりにパンナコッタを出してくれました。

これがまた美味しかったので、ロールケーキへの期待度が高まりました。

そうそう、コーヒーのメニューにGround Zero $5というのがあって、どういうコーヒーなのか聞いてみたところ、こちらのカフェにはコーヒーを淹れる器具や道具が色々あるので、自分で好きなのを使ってコーヒーを淹れれるというメニューだとか。
お客さんがお金を払ってキッチンに立って自分のコーヒーを淹れるというなんて斬新な。
しかもお店の人に淹れてもらうラテと同じ価格。
そんなに需要があるんだろうか？
わたしはできればプロに淹れてもらったコーヒーが飲みたいです(笑)

あと冷蔵庫で冷やされていた缶ジュースがどれも$10超えでびっくり。
レアものなんだろうけど、にしても高すぎる。

とかなんだかんだ言って、こういうとこ好きです。
