A common street dish in Korea but uncommon in Singapore. Steamed blood sausage stuffed w glass noodles & slices of liver. I'm a big fan of sundae & this was pretty yummy! Would have loved it more if the sausages & liver was freshly steamed & piping hot. Felt like they were left sitting for awhile as they weren't steaming & had cooled that resulted in the liver being dry & hard. Have the sundae w the pink salt! 💖
