Our home-cooked Chinese New Year dinner last night; roast honey glazed chicken (okay, that was by Cold Storage), brussel sprouts and crispy bacon in honey and sriracha, stir fry baby kai lan in garlic and oyster sauce, silky tofu with baby corn and mince on an egg bed, braised mushrooms with fish maw, and of course, a beautiful bottle of white in good company.
