This new spot along Katong seems to be drawing in quite a crowd with their grain/salad bowls and chio space (think lotsa greenery and inspirational neon lighting). Just tick off which of their sous vide proteins (Chicken Breast, Dory Fillet, Norwegian Salmon Fillet +$3, Flat Iron Steak +$4.50) and choose a buncha sides... Pretty standard process. Definitely generous and a nice, guilt-free way to enjoy a meal, but the proteins all felt a little dry despite being sous vide. Would have really enjoyed it much more if it was juicier though we appreciated the portion sizes.
