In the sultry heat of the Singapore Night Festival, this artisanal popsicle was a life-saver of the most lusciously fruity sort. With many tempting flavours on offer, I had a tough time deciding but ultimately, the "Mango Coconut" won the privilege of cooling me down.
Pitched exactly right between ice and cream, the texture was what I imagine a good mango cream dessert at a Chinese restaurant would taste like if it was frozen. If I'm not mistaken (I say this because I annihilated my Momolato in seconds), there were a few skinny ribbons of young coconut woven into the popsicle too, giving it some succulent crunchiness.
