Loved how the mango flavour was strong, yet not too sweet. The sorbet had a good soft and creamy texture to it - yet still retaining its slight icy-ness unlike an ice cream. Mango cubes, sago, and nata de coco went well with the overall flavour. A good alternative for those looking for something that’s not their snowy ice and a dessert slightly smaller!
