Loving the sense of playful whimsy FOC injects into their desserts, and for a G&T fan like me, this one's near perfect. Capturing the essence of a classic gin tonic, a thin skin of lime sorbet covers a ball of gin & tonic sorbet within. The whole thing is made to resemble a lime, especially when cut into wedges. An absolutely refreshing end to the meal.
