Each guest will receive their personal jar of my homemade dry sambal (a.k.a. crack sauce) with more than five types of dried peppers, seafood, fermented vegetables, garlic and shallots. This will be used to season and spice up the egg noodles. This sambal and noodle dish is known as chilli pan mee in Kuala Lumpur.
