Seated outdoors in the dark and surrounded by plenty of French, you know this double storey restaurant means business. I love how their food were served in such a homely affair. Prior to our arrival, I pre-ordered the recommended côté de bœuf. The medium rare beef (I adore that blush of pink!) was succulent and juicy. Served together with this dish were braised onions and garlic, a small casserole of potato gratin and salad dressed in vinaigrette. My family and I also ordered pâte, rillette, saucisson, beef tartare and the most amazing salmon tartare which was mixed with lemon sorbet. Two words to describe their food: très délicieux! Who says incredible French food can only be found in fine-dining restaurants?
