Of these, the more notable deviations from their usual bowls includes the tilefish, white asparagus, pickled sakura leaf and even tamagoyaki!
Of the various ingredients, my favourite would definitely be the tamagoyaki, having a nice thinly battered crisp outer layer with a soft and fluffy interior. The tilefish was a little too fishy for my liking though. Its actually fried with all its skin and scales still intact,unlike your usual fillets.
I had found the amount of mentaiko mayo drizzled over my bowl to be too little as I could barely taste it, but luckily, the staff there kindly acceded to my request for more mentaiko sauce to be served!
