This was my favourite dish of the night. Iāll admit that Iāve never tried cacio e pepe pasta before, partially cuz the word āpepeā makes me think of that smiling green frog and I donāt know if I find that appetising. However this was so bussin, really creamy with a bit of a peppery kick. The fried egg was a nice touch and the hamburg steak was really thick and meaty.
