šŸ³Mafaldine Cacio e Pepe with Fried Egg ($18, +$8 for Hamburg steak) (8.9/10)
This was my favourite dish of the night. I’ll admit that I’ve never tried cacio e pepe pasta before, partially cuz the word ā€œpepeā€ makes me think of that smiling green frog and I don’t know if I find that appetising. However this was so bussin, really creamy with a bit of a peppery kick. The fried egg was a nice touch and the hamburg steak was really thick and meaty.
