1. Pig’s Ear of Cucumber 猪耳朵拌黄瓜 [$10]. For anyone that's skeptical of weird animal parts, this will change you. The crunchy pig's ear together with the tangy, savory seasoning. You will not stop reaching out for the pig's ear 😉

2. Wanton 特色麻辣拌 [$10] I've no idea why they would call it wanton. Or maybe they wanted to call it "one ton" because you can't stop eating it till you become one ton 😂 This should be some kind of chef's special Mala bowl where the chef adds whatever they want and top with that spicy numbing seasoning. It's not too spicy but definitely numbing and definitely delicious. 🤤 $10 for a huge bowl of bean curd skin, potato, kelp, sausages.. where can you find such value for money!!

3. The Tomato 全茄 [$1.50]. Not quite a tomato, but a brinjal. Though reddish, it's not spicy at all. And that seasoning is really the bomb. It just taste so good w everything! The brinjal slightly melts in your mouth and the seasoning really added a dimension to the flavour.

4. Deep Fried Pork Intestine 干煸肥肠 [$16]. Using the same seasoning as the brinjal. It is crunchy and tasty. Till I reached the inside and the flavours of the intestine hit me. Still not my thing but I'll definitely give it plus points for tasty and crunchy exterior! 🍴
This place will transport you to China with its full blow authenticity in ambience and food. It is worth an experience and it was so good, that I will definitely come again. 😂
