Big Eater Seafood is more famously known for their salted egg yolk crabs. But you have to order their Sambal Kang kong too. The stems are cooked longer so not as crunchy and the sambal sauce is very flavorful. Not your usual dish served with a layer of oil. Hidden gem!

Yeah the price was kinda steep.

As a whole it was well fried, it was really crispy on the outside yet still tender and juicy on the inside🍖.
