My very first Bingsu I had ever tasted was the Injeolmi Bingsu at Bing Go Jung when they had first opened at Guillemard Road. Quality at the Bukit Timah Plaza outlet was really reminiscent of the one at Guillemard Road; shaved ice was pretty fine and loved the nutty flavours that came with the soy powder, with chewy rice cakes to bite. Sure, there are now strong competitors like O'ma Spoon and Nunsongyee around, but their's isn't too far away in terms of quality and definitely more accessible to those staying in the north and the west.
