Started off with Pitan Tofu (S$10++) which had snow crab stuffed inside the egg tofu, with prawn roe giving more textures. Although got century egg, it was not overwhelming.
California Pie Tee (S$16++) was snow crab mix stuffed inside the crispy pie tee shell, topped with fish roe.
Premium Platter packed with oysters, Akami (Bluefin tuna), Sake (Norwegian Salmon), Mekajiki (Swordfish), Hotate (Hokkaido Scallop), Botan Ebi (Hokkaido Spot Prawn), Uni , Kaki (Oyster) and Ikura (fish roe).
Douraku Roast Duck Maki (S$20++)
Beijing style roast duck with chef’s special homemade hosin sauce rolled in egg crepe topped with ikura.
If there’s some Peking Duck crispy roasted skin in it, it would be better!
Salmon Toro Aburi (S$20++)
Crispy crushed salmon skin and pickle roll topped with aburi fatty salmon belly and ikura.

Seasonal item
Well braised radish in it, topped with pickled ginger flower and bonito flakes. Flavourful broth.

Kind of felt like having Lu Rou Fan
Ended the meal with refreshing Yuzu Sorbet.
