With a 125 year history in Japan, Singapore is its first overseas branch. It has opened for less than a week and the queue is already long 😔 (not as long as man man though). Their histsumabushi came in 4 sizes: S, M, L, XL.
I really loved the grilled unagi - fresh and tender! The sauce was to my liking, not very sweet.
Next time will try the XL portion! 🍱
