One do the many reasons I cook is that I am always striving to feed the #SmallPeople well. They are partial to buns of all sorts but I find the commercial ones too sweet and break easily. Here I combined stoneground whole wheat bread flour with all purpose. They are still soft and fluffy and have a much nicer texture than store bought. This time we had some kalbi marinated flank steak. With a few slices of crunchy cucumber and lashings of #Kewpie #mayonnaise, down the hatch they went! (P.S. they will eat these for breakfast, lunch and dinner!) •
