So when the manager of the restaurant told us that we wouldn't want to eat roast duck anymore after eating the duck at Xin Cuisine, I was skeptical.
But man oh man, did he know what he was talking about. The duck was one of the most tender I've ever had; it was literally falling off the bone. And because the duck was infused with Pu Er tea, it took away that duck taste that I don't particularly like.
I might not be a duck person, but I'm a believer of Xin cuisine now. And their amazing duck and food of course.
