There are so many themed cafés in Taipei, wish we had more time to explore them all! Chanced upon this while shopping at Hankyu (統一阪急) - located on 4F of the dept. store. Took a pit stop to rest our feet and have some coffee/tea and snacks before heading back to the hotel. Several branches around Taipei, this one is nearest to City Hall MRT station (市政府捷運站).
