This is the easily the best char kway teow in Bukit Merah, imho. Lots of wok heat, not too dry and quite generous with the fish cakes, Chinese sausages and chives. You can request for extra cockles at $1.50 (although I feel the extra portion was negligible). What’s nice about its flavours is they give you a lime to squeeze in and suddenly the char kway teow is no longer just sweet, savoury and spicy. The added tanginess also makes the plate less greasy tasting and you can gobble up more.

Definitely worth a return visit with friends and family.
