Created by owner-mixologist-chef Edwin, "The Final Gift" is a strong cocktail that's basically the classic Chinese brew of red dates with dried longan but spiked with a bitter alcohol (sorry, I've forgotten its name - such is the result of potent drinks! 😆). I liked it a lot for its fragrance and multi-dimensional sweetness. Plus it really warmed my belly in a comforting way.
