Available in sets of 9 items ($8.80), 12 items ($9.80), 15 items ($10.50). I went for 12, which included Yunnan rice noodles, raw quail eggs, chives, beancurd thread, dried shrimp, fried meat, spring onion, fish, dou miao, Sze Chuan vegetable, mushrooms, fried peanuts, luncheon meat.
It’s an interesting experience, as the ingredients all come to the table separately, and you add them all in the broth before you tuck in. The staff did ask if I’d like them to put everything together in the kitchen before serving, but I opted to DIY.
Broth is made with duck, pork & chicken, and is really flavorful. I loved the peanuts in the soup! All in all a satisfying, comforting, slurpy bowl of noodles I’ll definitely be back for.
