Ordered their Maru toku negi chashu ramen which basically has all the ingredients. They specialise in their pork bone broth with ma yu black roasted garlic oil.
The broth was indeed very flavourful and thick. You can choose the texture of their noodle (soft, normal, hard). I like that there was alot of veg in this, fibre intake assured! The chashu, however, could have been more tender. There wasn't consistency with the pieces, some were hard and some were a little more "melt in your mouth". .
