Never thought I would come here to have my BKT fix. Soup is peppery type but not overly peppery till you choke. Meat is cooked to perfection, tender yet not overly soft. The braised intestines were yummy and I packed the braised pork leg for dinnner which was delish when eaten with steamed rice.
