Available on the dinner menu for $23, this was aromatic and filling. The generous helping of mushrooms were delightfully crispy, as they had been dehydrated rather than cooked. This gave a nice texture to the dish, since mushroom risotto tends to be one big mush usually. The dill also gave a nice mouthfeel and a light fragrance that balanced out the slight heaviness of the grana padano in the risotto.
