Decided to go for one of their best-seller - Blood Orange Matcha Tart (S$7.50). Sweet and tangy blood orange mousse with a Jivara Chcolate centre on a bed of Matcha Strussel, blood orange jelly glaze, top off with a chocolate leaf.
Love how the mousse is soft and lightly-flavoured, with a slightly crispy Matcha base. Unique, and surprisingly good combination 👍
