The queue was very long, thankfully I was the last of the day. When you get there, just looking at the shape of the tart tells you that you just gotta eat it because you never know what goodness you can find from this creatively crafted tart. When you bite into the tart, you are able to taste the crustiness (is it even a word!??) of the tart with that creamy and fluid extrude of the cheese oozing out from the mouth, with the cheese overflowing. It is a bomb of textures and taste flowing into one simple tart. Mind you the queue is long because after baking, they MUST (I repeat MUST) let it cool. Not sure why, perhaps it's to retain its texture and temperature optimal for consumption. Still, this is just. Too. good!
