Instead of the usual chicken wing, this came with premium short rib rendang which was cooked for many hours. Otak otak, blue pea flower coconut rice, cucumber, egg & rendang are stacked upon one another to form a tower, a symbol of the soaring progress that Singapore has made over the past 53 years. Achar, sambal & Ikian bilis are served on the side. Does this look yummy to you? It wasn’t just photogenic, it was so yummy!
