Using organic chicken, this collagen-rich chicken stock is stewed for more than 8 hours until the chicken bones are dissolved. The result is a smooth collagen "pudding". Each Bijin Nabe comes with a variety of fresh, organic vegetables (free from pesticide), minced chicken & prawns.

Soup was flavourful with strong chicken taste but somehow I felt something was lacking. However, the ingredients were really fresh, especially the organic vegetables. I like the yuzu salt too! A good "dip"/flavour enhancer for the chicken.

Worth trying if you haven't. Try to go before the dinner crowd if you want to avoid the queue. Went around 5+ and was seated immediately.
