Very delicate looking dessert.

Good morning!

•K O U G L O F• - a classic Austrian/Germany sweet treat; Brioche dough is baked in a high mold and then soaked in a rum syrup such that the alcohol permeates into all the cavernous holes of the buttery bread.

The Early Fatback: (Clockwise from back) Jasmin, Orangette, Charlotte and Summer from Antoinette.

If I have to choose one fav cake of the year, or any year for that matter, it will have to be this one.

Let em' eat cake - it's a Tuesday after all...
