At its price range I would say that this was actually decent quality. Caramel Pork would be somewhat similar to charsiew, while the Crackling Roast Pork is pretty much siobak. Unlike the usual where the meat would be succulent and tender, they have retained a bite for both variants so you get a bit of meatiness. Of the two, the Caramel Pork seemed to feel a tad dry; perhaps being left on the display and getting a bit too exposed. Roast Pork had a good crackling skin, and a smoked meat flavour which is delicious. There is some dried sambal at the side which helps to give in the spicy kick if you are one who can't do without heat, and do not forget to add the egg for a dollar extra if you are can't do without egg porn; the sous vide egg is guaranteed to satisfy when poked!

Really ah :/ not really worth to me considering that fatty Cheong is nearby. I think science canteen is also decent for its price
Marcus Lee would say that its trying to be Japanese but it not really. $10.80 felt alright (any higher would be steep) but there are better Chinese charsiew/siobak and Japanese don options nearby. Portion size is just right for lunch though.
