Tried a new brand of organic pasta today; 100% Italian durum wholewheat semolina spaghetti, and I really like it! It cooks easily with a lovely al dente bite, without going soft even if you cook it a tad over—perfect for pasta lovers who like it al dente. Stirred in my favorite al granchio sauce by Da Paolo Gastronomia, made with cream, crab meat, plum tomatoes, grana padona cheese and a touch of vodka. No Monday blues for me! 😋
