not satisfied with my first bowl of pig trotter's rice at thai cultural station, hunted down this four decades old stall selling nothing but pig trotters (ข้าวขาหมู) rice and pig blood soup (เกาเหลาเลือดหมู) yesterday. all thanks to @misstamchiak online recommendation in bkk. i even troubled my airbnb host for a thai liner to remind the stall to give me some fatty parts. LOL. very homey comfort food with fork tender fatty meat and the intestines tasted exceptionally clean. but the stellar was the pig organ soup.
