Be sure to consume it immediately upon arrival, otherwise the cheese might get hardened up and become tough (which was what happened to our order while we were waiting for the okonomoyaki to arrive). Actually this was meant to be consumed by mixing the cheese and fried rice together but we had the two elements in silo, which tasted great as well! 👍🏻 The kimchi fried rice was flavourful, tangy with a characteristic spice factor, perhaps the next best alternative to the local “Wok Hei” which I am missing (and craving for) badly 😅. The addition of cheese was a plus point for me, contributing to a pleasant piquant flavour and perhaps serving as a counter balance to the spiciness (for those with a low threshold for spice 🔥). Would definitely give this dish a 2nd try- in fact, it’s my favourite kimchi fried rice Seoul far in my trip here ✨.

2️⃣Okonomoyaki [14000 KRW ~> $16.80]
Comprising of octopus, squid, cabbage in its pan-fried interior, the okonomoyaki is topped with streaks of smoky bacon along with a pile of bonito flakes that added a pleasant savoury umami note. Prepared freshly upon order, the waiting time for this is pretty long; if you are here with a growling stomach, you might want to consider ordering other dishes first while waiting for it. Highly recommended to share as the starchy interior might get a tad overwhelming after some time, and the portion is huge as well .
