2) Caribbean Jerk Shrimp Skewer (S$32.95): Marinated grilled shrimp skewer with pineapple and peppers, served with coconut and kidney beans on basmati rice.  I really love the mouth-watering smoky flavour of the juicy ingredients.

3) Brazilian Chicken Bobo (S$29.95): The chicken meat, carrot and potatoes are slow-cooked to tender perfection in a rich red coconut gravy.  Very flavourful and really comforting to eat.
