This was tasty! Had high expectations the moment the lid was lifted with fragrance from the seafood. Very mild hint of truffle but the star of the show was definitely the broth - with crustacean oil, the broth itself was sweet and an umami party in the mouth. For someone who usually needs side dishes/ ingredients to finish carbs, this was one that I could have easily finished the noodles by itself. Having said that, it wouldn’t hurt giving a little more prawns? 😬 Only gripe, would have been great if the dish had a bit more texture to it, or if the noodles were a little more al dente but the flavours more than made up for it imo.

Ordered this as part of the Taste of Qin set menu ($128++ for 2 pax, with 2 dishes from their “Booze Bites”, 1 starter, 2 mains and 1 dessert). Realised it was pretty pricey at $38++ if it’s ala carte - but there’s always Burpple Beyond to the rescue with 15%/30% off ala carte bill.
