I was a little sad when my ramen arrived. Cos i felt the black truffle look so pathetic. But. It turned out really good! That little dollop was seriously sufficient to give the whole bowl of soup a distinct truffle taste/smell. Generous portion of chicken slices & meat balls. Very flavourful broth. Really love this!
