So is it the best? Not quite. Pretty good, though it's probably the most generous in town, if anything. Even for just $3, I was given an astounding amount of ingredients — fried fish being the standout with a nice crispy batter and flaky flesh.

The most important thing, the noodles, was done well with springiness with good bite. The generous pool of gravy was nicely thick (if slightly starchy), with a nice fragrance and sweetness though slightly lacking in flavour without the condiments, but enjoyed slurping on it with everything mixed.
