The cleverly named Jibby Chow is spearheaded by the same man behind Jibby & Co and as this Chinese-style restaurant would prove, chef Jibby's prowess is not limited to cafe food. The Mongolian-style Wok Tossed Lamb Ribs (RM40) remains a star dish, but more recently, their Mud Crabs (RM13 per 100gm) have seen a rise in popularity. We're not surprised given that not many restaurants serve Muslim-friendly crab dishes and here, the crabs are prepared in irresisitible variations such as the fragrant and spicy Kam Heong and Chili. To mop up all that leftover sauce, you might enjoy Fried Mantous (RM7) or a more filling Jibby Chow Cantonese Style Fried Rice (RM19).
