Thanks to Chef Freddy's ingenuity, he managed to create a wonderful chocolate tart base made of almond flour and cocoa powder. The bright calamansi curd certainly leaves an impact but as it fades away, the slightly bitter chocolate comes in. The sharp contrast between flavours was just so fun and kept us going back in for more. 😛
